Guidelines
Here you’ll find important information regarding your visit, treatment, payment options and COVID-19.
About
Your
Visit
Before the massage, I encourage clients to ask any questions or make requests to ensure their comfort. During the massage, if you need an adjustment in the room’s temperature or airflow, require more or less pressure, or hate the music – I welcome the feedback. Let’s all work to make the world a better place. I’ve created this space of healing and safety. Please refrain from bigoted, racial slurs, sexually suggestive remarks or advances during your session. Lack of compliance will result in termination of the massage session and you will be liable for the full payment of the session. Mindfulness matters.

Rescheduling
During Your Visit
Please silence your cell phone during your massage visit to encourage uninterrupted tranquility.

Payment
A Credit Card is required to hold your massage appointment. I accept cash, check debit/credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. I also accept HSA or FSA debit cards; however, please check if massage is an approved expense before your visit. At this time, I do not bill health insurance directly, but am happy to provide a reimbursement receipt.

COVID-19
A lot has changed with Trinity Massage Haven; however, one thing that will not change is the commitment to the safety and health of both the therapist and the client. At Trinity Massage Haven, infection prevention/control has always been the top priority due to seeing mostly oncology and prenatal clients. Based on the CDC’s guidance, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Health Departments, Federal, State, and best practice guidance within the Massage Therapy and Bodywork profession, these procedures and policies may change.
Please stay home; if you are not feeling well, we can reschedule at a later date. This is especially important if you have a fever or any other Covid-19 symptoms or know you have been exposed to Covid-19.
If you suffer from allergies and have “cold/flu” like symptoms (runny nose and sneezing), please stay home.
Covid-19 Business Practices
A HEPA air purifier will be used in the massage room to promote airflow and quality during and in-between client appointments. My window may be opened in between sessions for ventilation if the weather permits.
There will be at least 45 minutes between client sessions to clean the treatment room and common areas. This practice has been in place before COVID for over five years for the safety of my oncology & prenatal population.
I will communicate with you prior to your appointment to obtain updates to your health information and go over questions related to COVID-19.
Arrival
No need to arrive 10 or 15 min early. Arriving at your appointment times is the best practice for now. When you arrive, please text 267-584-3015 and wait in your car until I text you to come in.
I will greet you at the door wearing a mask. You must wear one also. No masks, no service. Once inside, clients will sanitize upon entering the building or wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Clients will be asked to sign a COVID-19 Information & Consent form indicating awareness of risk and informed consent for treatment. This form will be the only form available when you come in. Should you develop symptoms of illness or test positive for COVID-19 within two weeks of an appointment, please contact me immediately at 267-584-3015.
Clients are to review and update an intake form before appointments to note any changes to physical health. Licensed Massage Therapists are considered medical support practitioners. I must have fully completed forms for every single client.
If you have any further concerns or questions, please call 267-584-3015
I am looking forward to seeing you back on my table soon!
Warm regards,
